General Meeting – April 7th

Notice of Membership General Meeting

MONDAY, APRIL 7th
Castlegar Community Complex
2101 – 6th Avenue, Castlegar
Start Time: 7:30 p.m.

The purpose of this general meeting is to provide club members with updates on club financials, registrations, and various activities, as well as an opportunity for member input and feedback to the Executive board.  Voting will also take place on two special resolutions to approve amendments to the club’s bylaws and to permit ‘borrowing of funds’ through the use of a Club credit / purchase card.

Note: An additional Annual General Meeting (AGM), with election of Officers and Directors, will take place prior to the next ski season, in October, 2025.
